Q Hospitality Group launches new business unit

Q Development & Advisory Offers Distinctive Consultancy Services

Arnhem, 10 March 2026 – Q Hospitality Group announces the launch of a new business unit: Q Development & Advisory. With this division, the company further expands its activities and offers a broad range of services for entrepreneurs and investors within the hospitality sector. The new division will be led by Peter Heule.

Q Development & Advisory focuses on supporting hospitality projects where real estate, concept development and hospitality operations converge. The new business unit serves real estate owners, hotel operators, family offices and private equity firms with services including asset management, restructuring and sales processes, project development, and strategic, financial and legal advisory.

Experienced hospitality professional at the helm

With the appointment of Peter Heule, Q Hospitality Group brings in an experienced and entrepreneurial professional. Heule has built an impressive career within the international hospitality and travel industry. He was responsible for establishing Expedia in the Benelux, subsequently served as General Manager of the exclusive Apollo Hotel in Amsterdam, and later became Founder & CEO of Yays. In that role, he successfully expanded the company into a pan-European player.

“Through Q Development & Advisory we are able to offer a broad range of services, while also working in a highly focused and tailored way,” said Peter Heule. “For example, by discreetly advising hoteliers who have not arranged succession and wish to sell their business outside the public eye. We can also provide legal advisory services. Because we have this expertise in-house, we are able to offer our services at rates below prevailing market levels — an approach that will undoubtedly be welcomed by hoteliers given the current market uncertainty and rising costs.”

Consultancy distinguished by hands-on experience

Q Development & Advisory clearly differentiates itself from traditional consulting firms through the composition of its team. The division consists of active hospitality professionals who combine advisory roles with positions in day-to-day operations. As a result, the consultancy is not only strategically grounded but also firmly connected to the realities of operational practice.

Strong position

Whether it concerns financial analysis, operational advisory, commercial strategy, legal support or conceptual efficiency, all specialists within Q Development & Advisory combine subject-matter expertise with current hands-on experience. This ensures practical, actionable advice that can be directly implemented within the dynamic environment of the hospitality sector.

With the establishment of Q Development & Advisory, Q Hospitality Group strengthens its position as an entrepreneurial hospitality group that not only invests in its own projects but also leverages its knowledge and experience to support external partners in growth, optimization and transformation.
