Many enterprises, including well-established companies that have already proven themselves in the market but also especially startups, often need support in terms of know-how, finance and/or a solid network. For example, to accelerate growth. There may also be an ambition to make a strategic change with the aim of selling the company. Q Participations can help with this.

The overall approach of Q Participations is that it takes a (minority) share in the company after which it supports the management of this company with this capital and knowledge to meet the set objectives. This can be temporary or structural. Our focus is on hospitality companies (hotels and f&b concepts), but we also look at industry-related opportunities such as travel tech.

Participations are in principle entered into for a minimum period of 2 years.
