The Diamond Amsterdam
Beautifully located in the heart of the capital, on Leidseplein, an iconic and eye-catching hotel has recently opened: The Diamond Amsterdam.
The exterior facade refers to the famous diamond Koh-I-Noor.
Renowned architect Robert Meijer of MVSA Architects designed a building of six floors and a basement with a glass diamond-shaped outer façade. This outer facade refers to the famous diamond Koh-I-Noor which gives a spectacular appearance.
It is where the famous Heineken Hoek was located for decades. This famous café has been completely restyled with a quality steakhouse on the first floor. Guests will stay in one of the 36 luxurious rooms of the 5-star boutique hotel. In the future, The Diamond will be further expanded with an exclusive cocktail bar and a table d’hôte. The Diamond Amsterdam is part of Quality Lodgings, a luxury hotel collective with a collection of more than 120 independent quality hotels in 8 European countries.

The Diamond Amsterdam is a joint venture between Yip Group(www.yipgroup.com), experienced hospitality entrepreneur Willem-Jan van den Dijssel and Q Hospitality Group (www.qhospitality.group).
